HERE IS THE FULL WORKOUT FOR YOU TO TRY AND THIS WORKOUT CAN BE DONE 1-3 TIMES A WEEK SATURDAY'S WORKOUT (DAY-6) 1) Close Grip Bench Press 5 SETS x 15, 12, 10, 6-8, 4-6+10-15+8+6 (5TH SET IS A DROP SET AND THEN A DOUBLE REST PAUSE SET 2) Weighted Dips 5 Sets x 6-12 reps (Go as heavy as possible an 4th & 5th sets are drop sets x failure with bodyweight) 3) Cable Rope Pushdowns 3 sets x 25 FORCED REPS (Choose a weight that you can only get about 15 reps and stay with that weight each set… once you reach failure… rest for 5-10 seconds and then get back and finish your set) 4) Dumbbell Preacher Curls 6 sets x 6-10 reps 5) Incline Bench Dumbbell Curls 6 sets x 8-12 reps 6) Hanging Side To Side Leg Raises 6 sets x failure!!!
